Contractor
PT. Guna Mulya Cahaya provide service to build the private residence, residential complex, variety of low rise building and interior fitout.
The planning and management system prior to construction phase will guide the construction activities will work effectively to ensure the quality result as requirement . PT. Guna Mulya Cahaya create a construction schedule, shop drawings , as build drawings and implementing management control and monitoring for all project activities, without ignoring the environment around the project.
Design and Build
PT. Guna Mulya Cahaya also provide service from the concept design stage, development design, construction drawings (Architecture, Structure, MEP) and build the project to finish completely.
Starting from the concept design and then development drawings to fullfill the Client requirement.
Providing the cost calculation accordingly
Development drawings also can be done simultaneously with the construction process as optimizing the design phase and costruction schedule
Working with shop drawing and documentating with the as-built drawings.
Additional Services
